Two Day Basic Interdisciplinary Collaborative Divorce Training
Renée A. Rubino, Esq. will be moderating and speaking at the collaborative divorce training, which is sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Section.
This intensive two-day training will provide a solid foundation on the basics of the collaborative divorce process. By using real and hypothetical scenarios, as well as role play demonstrations, you will explore the role of each member of the collaborative team—the attorney, the financial expert and the mental health professional. The program will compare the collaborative process to traditional approaches to divorce to provide you with a unique perspective on how the collaborative process often results in more amicable, long-lasting solutions to the benefit of the entire family. The NJ Family Collaborative Law Act (2014) will also be discussed.
