Ms. Renée Rubino has a great deal of experience in all facets of family law, including divorce litigation, custody and parenting time issues, post-judgment matters, including modification and enforcement of marital (property) settlement agreements, and complex business valuation matters. In addition to her many years of trial experience, Ms. Rubino is a court-certified mediator and collaborative divorce practitioner.
Ms. Rubino has received the AV Preeminent® rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, which is based on colleague and client reviews “recognizing lawyers for their strong legal ability and high ethical standards.” She is consistently selected as a “New Jersey Super Lawyer” and included on New Jersey Family Magazine’s list of “Best Lawyers for Families.” She has been recognized by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s Best 50 Women in Business, selected for the New Jersey Law Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2004 edition), and included in the October 2011 edition of NJ Monthly Magazine as one of “New Jersey’s Leading Women Entrepreneurs.” In 2022, Ms. Rubino was honored as an NJBIZ Leader in Law.
Ms. Rubino’s unique experience and expertise in the legal community garnered an appointment to the Law Firm Opening and Operations Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Task Force, in response to the pandemic in 2020. She serves on the District XIII Ethics Committee and the Executive Board of the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association, currently serving as Vice President. She is a member of the Executive Women of New Jersey and the United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council. A former Adjunct Professor of Legal Research and Writing at Seton Hall Law School, Ms. Rubino has published many articles pertaining to family law and serves as a speaker for several organizations on family law issues, including the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (ICLE) and the National Association of Social Workers, New Jersey Chapter (NASW-NJ). In 2022, Ms. Rubino earned an MBA from Centenary University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Ms. Rubino is the firm’s partner in charge of marketing and business development
